536 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the 536 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms apply to all 536 platform users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by 536 (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continued use following any term changes means you accept those changes. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 536 ("Company").

The 536 platform is for entertainment purposes only and is available exclusively to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user is allowed only one registered account on 536. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 536 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for account validation and compliance. False or misleading information may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 536 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 536 user, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or use the Platform
  • Engaging in fraud, account manipulation, or any form of collusion with other users
  • Attempting to interfere with, hack, or compromise the security of the Platform’s systems
  • Registering an account on behalf of someone else or using false identity information
  • Transferring funds via the Platform for money laundering purposes
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in ways not intended

536 reserves the right to investigate any activities suspected of violating these rules and take appropriate actions, including suspending or closing accounts and freezing related balances pending investigation.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 536 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid for use. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Deposits credited successfully to your account are final and non-refundable except in specific cases recognized by 536. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed in your account deposit section.

For withdrawal requests, 536 may require identity verification before processing transactions, especially for new accounts or large amounts. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and can range from several hours up to a few business days. 536 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank or financial institution in connection with transactions are solely the user's responsibility.

All content on the 536 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is owned by 536 or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any Platform content without prior written permission from 536.

Third-Party Links

The 536 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 536 has no control over and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Legal Framework

Account Suspension & Closure

536 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, provide false information, or for legal and compliance reasons. In cases of account closure due to violations, balances associated with offending activities may be withheld or forfeited.

Users may also request to close their own accounts by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures, subject to required identity verification.

Changes to These Terms

536 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms should first be resolved through amicable discussions. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
